It's been an upsetting day!!!!

Got a call today...have been making payments of $200 a month on hospital bill...well they turned us into collections....AM I EVER MAD!!! No wonder people get tired of trying :( Well I emailed the hospital's customer service, and they fixed it because I had a jerk that I had to talk to about all this, and he will be talked to by his supervisor. When you are trying, and making payments in this economy they should be appreciative of your payments and efforts! When you have a $1300 a month spend down, yes a month, and you have someone who has medical problems, then you can't get ahead....it's all you can do to keep up, and then you go without treatment because you know you can't afford the bills, and then people wonder why didn't you go to the doctor, or why aren't you doing this or that....The STRESS will Kill you first!!!
At our age, we are going to have doctor and hospital bills, so they might as well get over it, you can only do so much, when you do your best, then that's all a body can do....!
If it were not for making cards, and blogging, I would have already went crazy!
Not in a good mood today!!!!

I hear ya! Too bad those that could make a difference never seem to hear! I finally got mine paid off from the breast cancer, but it was a long time. And stressful. So hang in there!

Things are so out of control! I'm sorry you had to go through that... My son is going through it, no insurance at this job, but big bills because he sees an endocrinologist regularly and has blood tests a couple of times a year. Something wrong with our system I think!

Sorry to hear of your financial problems. If you are paying a set amount each month they should be satisfied with that. They must have agreed to it at some stage and if they were unhappy with the arrangements they should have talked to you first before involving a third party.
Hope it all turns out ok,
Sandy

I hear you too Leah Ann - One day at a time. That is what I am trying to do. Some days better than others. I am with you in spirit and I think you know that. Thinking of you and holding you in my prayers Leah Ann and my heart!!
