I have called Paypal twice Ebay twice, and they are saying that there was a glitch in Paypal sending out those emails. So if you get the same email from Paypal, call them! Paypal did send out the emails they said. I haven't done anything wrong, and Paypal is supposed to fix it within the next 24 to 48 hrs. Ebay is fixing my account with the listings I had, and making it right. I feel better today, slept 11 1/2 hrs. Hopefully today will be a better day :O)
