This is a Stampin Up Stamp that I colored with Tim Holtz Distress Inks. I also put several coats of decoupage on it including the paper flowers. The background is done with Sherri Baldy's molding paste using Tim Holtz Stencil. Something new for me but I think it turned out really pretty. I love the decoupage look!
