Hello, just stopping by!

Hello All,
Just stopping by to say Hello, hope all is well with you my friends. Gosh it's been forever since I have posted, Still haven't made a card. I started to make a Halloween card and it's half done laying on my craft table.
My husband went Thursday to try to walk on his prosthetic and it has to be re sized so we are going back Tuesday. Kind of a bummer, although I really expected something to happen, has every time. None of this has been smooth sailing.
I'm very much dreading the Holidays this year, seems we just got through them and here they are again.
We had our first snow, now it has warmed up and talking about severe storms, imagine that :) Good Ole' Indiana weather, gotta love it.
Cigarette Free for 7 months now~ Yeah!!!
Hugs! Leah Ann

  4. Hi Leah Ann, I thought about you the other day...I am so behind in commenting but when I saw you had posted I had to come and read. Kudos about the smoking and I hope your hubby is doing well now. I know what you mean about the Holidays. I am really struggling right now as I lost my hubby in January right after Christmas. Please continue to let us hear from you. joann

  5. LOVE your kit - I just adore them at that age when they're so much fun to have around. My lass is 15 & utterly depressed poor thing - unfit for playing much, she just eats & sleeps - total boredom for her sadly, but little I can do.

Feel for you with the family diffs you've had this year. But truly trust you'll get your cardmaking "mojo" back in the near future.

    God bless
    Romayne

  7. I just found your blog. It was like reading my own life. I am 70 and my husband 72. I too am thinking of packing all of my stamping stuff, and selling some of it. I just quit SU for the same reasons as you. It's hard to be creative when trying to care for an ill husband, ill dog, and having tremendous back pain too. I wish I could make some cards, but I'm tired. I have always looked on the bright side though and with Gods help I know I will get going again. You do such beautiful work! I hope you can craft, and blog again very soon. I would love to see more of your work!! God Bless you and your hubby. I hope he is doing much better by now,, and that you are too.
